Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GTA Carswebsite (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our written consent.
- Use automated scraping, harvesting, or data-mining tools on the Site.
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
- Submit false information, impersonate any person, or misrepresent ownership of a vehicle.
Vehicle Listings and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle listings, photographs, specifications, and pricing accurate and up-to-date. However, all information is provided “as is” and is subject to change without notice. Specifications, equipment, mileage, condition, and availability should be confirmed directly with our team before purchase.
Inquiries, Test Drives & Reservations
Submission of an inquiry, callback request, test-drive booking, or reservation request through the Site does not create a binding contract of sale. A sale is concluded only when the parties sign a written agreement and any required deposit or full payment has been received and cleared.
Sell-Your-Car and Consignment Submissions
When you submit a vehicle for valuation, sale, or consignment, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized representative, that the information you provide is accurate, and that the vehicle is free of any undisclosed encumbrance. Submission does not commit either party to a transaction; specific terms are governed by a separate written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, layout, and software — is owned by or licensed to GTA Cars and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
User Content
By submitting photographs, vehicle details, or other materials to us, you grant GTA Cars a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of evaluating your request, marketing the related vehicle (where you have engaged us to sell it), and operating the Site. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to grant this licence.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA Cars disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA Cars and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTA Cars from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as maps, payment providers, or messaging platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTA Cars is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
